Terms of service

These terms cover your use of unhost.dev, which is run by CloudInfinity Technologies LLP, India. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated 10 October 2026

What unhost does

You give us the public address of a published website. We make a static copy of it — the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and fonts — that you can host anywhere. The live preview is free. Paying unlocks the download.

Only export sites you own

You may export a site only if you own it or have the owner's permission. You are responsible for having the rights to everything on it, including fonts, images and licensed components, and for keeping to any terms you have agreed with the platform the site was built on.

We may refuse, disable or delete an export that we believe breaks this rule. If you think your site has been exported without your permission, write to info@unhost.dev and we will remove it.

What the export includes

The export is a static copy of what the public site showed when we captured it. The free preview shows the export you will download, so check it before you pay.

Some things ran on the original platform's servers and do not carry over on their own:

  • form submissions, which need a new form backend;
  • editing content through the platform's CMS or editor;
  • site search, password protection and other server-side features.

Third-party scripts on your site, such as analytics and embeds, keep calling their own services. The export report lists what we found.

Price and payment

Prices are one-time, per site, and shown before you pay. There is no subscription. Payment is taken by the payment provider shown at checkout; we never see your card number.

Once you have paid, the download unlocks and we email you a receipt with the link. When you are signed in with the email you paid with, re-exporting the same site is free, up to 3 times a month.

Done-for-you migrations are arranged by email, with the scope and timing agreed in writing before you pay.

Refunds

If your export doesn't work, tell us within 7 days of paying and we will fix it or refund you in full. The details are in the refund policy.

How long we keep exports

Files for an export you haven't paid for are deleted after 14 days. Paid exports stay available from your receipt link. Still, download the ZIP and keep your own copy: we don't promise to store it forever.

Acceptable use

Don't use unhost to copy sites that aren't yours, to break the law, to overload the service with automated requests, or to get around payment. We may block access if you do.

Your content and ours

Your site stays yours. We claim no rights over it; you allow us to copy and process it only so we can provide the export. The unhost website and software belong to CloudInfinity Technologies LLP.

unhost is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Framer, and "Framer" is a trademark of its owner.

No guarantee, and limits on liability

We work to make every export a faithful copy, but websites differ and we can't promise that every site exports perfectly. That is why the preview is free and why we refund exports that don't work. Beyond that, the service is provided as it is, without warranties.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the export concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. When we change the terms we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use unhost after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
